The Human Society, uncompeted
galactically, is today at the verge of yet another revolution. With Computers,
Automation, NanoTech, 5G, AI & Space Stations to its credits, Nominal
technology has moved in to Humanoid Robots. Humanoid Robots, in some ways, a reflection
of frontier Human Innovation & Technological Ingenuity, are rapidly
evolving in abilities that match & beat humans. Robots have turned
essential to a globalised Nominal Economy that competes on basis Efficiency
& Marginal Costs. Consequently, they are widely predicted to replace Humans
and take over production lines & offices that constitute our Nominal economy.
However, their integration in to Human Society is beset with many social &
political issues that hold back their full participation in our societies &
economies. The true potential of Humanoid Robots[1]
is, however, evident in their potential to advantage the Nominal economy by
populating the innumerable Exo planets that are uninhabitable to humans. They
hence represent, a vexatious, two-edged, and pyrrhic answer to the expansion of
the Human society in to the Galactic Next.
AltKuznets offers a two-pronged
strategy for this two-edged crisis. Our first Strategy to resolve
Humanoid-associated Employment Crisis presumes Mint ownership of Humanoid
Robots, and offers two routes – issue of Private- or Group Humanoid Robot Ownership
& Leasing Units in the impenured and sloughed Blue-collar Employee group. We
conceive of Corporate Employers issuing virtual Private ownership of Humanoid Robot to select Blue-collared
workers, even as the rest of their sloughed Employees & the Impenured Group
are issued Group-Lease Units of ‘standard-complexity’
Humanoid Robots by the Mint-Precinct. This Private-Public group bids their Complexity-graded
Robot Lease Units to Manufacturers thru the Intermediary-Aggregator. Such
virtual Private- or Group ownership of Humanoid Robots obtains them a
Mint-subtended return when the same is leased to Production facilities thru the
Intermediary-Aggregator. The strategy is compatible with demand-driven,
production-schedules that require pre-commitment & scheduling of Private-
& Public-owned Robots. It obtains those bidding their Robot Lease units a DNM
Next Future as well.
Should such issue of Humanoid Robot
Ownership/Lease Units be impractical, we offer a Finance market-mediated resolution that co-opts the Mint in to issuing
Humanoid Robot Innovation ETFs on the
cumulate of AI Robotics Patents, Technologies & Applications. Our strategy
transfers ownership of Humanoid Robots to Corporates in return for the Mint extracting
a Pre-Return for the Sovereign, and which,
for that reason, are issued to the target impacted group in their lesser ‘BTF’
form. These Rent-extracted BTFs obtain a lesser return to the target group when
transacted in the market, thus offering a partial resolution to Robot-induced
Employment crisis. We further suggest these anonymous Public BTFs could be
upgraded in to Humanoid-specific Private
ETFs that obtained by merging Public BTFs with specific, high-complexity Humanoid Robots (across Robot
Manufacturers). Merged at the Mint Mirror, these Private ETFs would be owned by
Wealth Funds and priced by the PE of Corporates that employed ETF-attached high-complexity
Humanoid Robots. So design, we engender an incentive to upgrade Robots, and employ
high-complexity Humanoid Robots in Manufacturing that add to Corporate PE. Our Robot
ETF Strategy generates Innovation capital, and obtains a chain of pareto
returns – first to the Mint, next the large Robot-impacted BTF-holding Group,
and eventually, Wealth Fund Investors as well even as it facilitates a Humanoid
Robot takeover of Manufacturing.
Our Strategy has other elements that are cognizant to the social issues caused by Automation, AI & Humanoid Robots. We formulate a Social Welfare Function/Sovereign Wealth Fund that is cognizant of longer run possibilities including the DNM, Robot, Space & Exo, and indicate how the same could be jointly optimized for GDP, and the pace of Robotization of the economy & society. We also suggest a Robot-targeting GST that increments with the complexity of Robots employed in production, thus obtaining an incremental ‘Tax Slice’ on Labor-substituting, Humanoid-aided Production. We conceive of Robot-Teams assigned specific tasks, thus permitting Team optimization conducive with Corporate Profits Optimization. We specifically add Human Unemployment as a Cost of Robot Exo Capital, thus inducing Robots to acknowledge the social impact of their introduction, and internalize the same in to their optimization. AltKuznets has also developed a Humanoid Robot-aided Personal Safety Strategy. Finally, we suggest an Next Exo Robot resolution that offers HR$ to Humanoid Robots to fund their Exo Next Life against their cumulated Work credits.
It intends to incorporate a firm
toward implementing its multi-modular Strategy.
